Two blissful hours of yin yoga, with two pairs of skilled hands offering elements of Thai massage while you relax!
Expect a low-and-slow yoga practice of yin postures (relaxed passive stretches, each held for ~5m, with the support of yoga props) which will be led by Sarah Nelson, while both she and Rochelle Mazzara (Three Rivers Therapeutic Massage) will elevate the experience with hands-on compressions, assisted stretches, and more.
